Apologies - the RAID controller on our main server has failed. This affects our database and other services - most of these WILL NOT WORK! We are working to restore this as soon as possible, but are suffering ongoing problems.

abYsis which allows most of our antibody analysis to be performed is still available at www.abysis.org

CDOC is a program inspired by javadoc and my own autodoc program for the automatic generation of HTML documentation of C source code. Each function in the C source is given a standard header which is a comment introduced by the characters /*> From this comment block, information is extracted and written as HTML. Optionally an index file is also created with the source file name(s) and the function name(s).

For an example of the output of cdoc, take a look at the documentation for my C library

cdoc is written in Perl5.

Cdoc is freely available for use by not-for-profit organisations. Commerical use is not permitted without the permission of the author. It is supplied as a gzipped tar file of Perl source with installation instructions and a man page.
