Our Research
We analyze the sequence and structure of antibodies and provide tools for analysis and prediction including abYsis and abYmod.
We analyze the local effects of mutations on protein structure in order to predict whether mutations will be damaging.
We also have interests in metal binding and provide general purpose software for bioinformatics.
