How human is your antibody?
17.03.06 Warning
Unfortunately there were some errors in the calculations of Z-scores, in particular for the comparison with the light chain set (i.e. lambda and kappa together). Comparative results between antibodies were valid but the absolute values were incorrect. This has now been revised.
This page enables you to match your antibody sequence against a database of characterized Human and Murine Antibody sequences.
For more information and if you publish results based on this server, please see or cite Abhinandan, K. R. and Martin, Andrew C. R. (2007) Analyzing the 'degree of humanness' of antibody sequences, J. Mol. Biol, 369, 852-862. DOI: 10.1016/j.jmb.2007.02.100
