• Examine secondary structures
• Look at Ramachandran plots
• Learn further use of RasMol

You will look at peptide bonds using RasMol, build peptides of secondary structures and examine their characteristics, look at Ramachandran plots using an interactive server and do two short quizes to let you test your knowledge
