Qualiloop

Being the key epitope-binding region, yet also the hardest to accurately model, information on model accuracy in the CDRH3 loop is invaluable. This application takes a PDB file of your generated model and outputs how far off from the actual loop the model is likely to be. A RMSD range, within which your model lies, will be outputted. This information can be used as a guide in the antibody engineering process.
