CDRH3 Model Angle Optimization
Being the key epitope-binding region, yet also the hardest to accurately model, information on model accuracy in the CDRH3 loop is invaluable. This application takes a PDB file of your generated model and outputs an optimized angle value and an optimized PDB file. This information can be used as a guide in the antibody engineering process. (Assumes loop starts at res. H95, stops at res H102.
