PDBSProtEC: PDB <-> SwissProt <-> EC
Introduction
PDBSProtEC is a resource to link PDB chains with SwissProt codes and EC numbers. It makes use of a mapping between individual residues in PDB entries with amino acids in SwissProt entries produced by Sameer Velankar and Phil McNeil (
MSD group
) and Virginie Mittard (
Sequence Database group
) at the
EBI
plus the
enzyme database
from the
Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics
and
SwissProt
.
